US farming - top states by equine sales

Equine sales includes the sale of horses, ponies, mules, burros and donkeys.

Total equine sales in the United States was $1.5 billion in 2017, with the top states being Kentucky at $466 million, Texas at $125 million and Florida at $113 million.
