How does payment work, and how long is the dataset available?

We do not use subscriptions. You pay once and get access to the dataset for an entire year. After one year, we won’t attempt to charge you again. Renewing your access requires a manual payment.

How often is the data updated?

Datasets are updated weekly. We are currently working on moving to daily updates to keep the information even more current.

What is the refund policy?

As this is a digital product, it is non-refundable. Please review the example data before purchase.

Can I purchase a database for a single TLD or a single technology?

No, we only offer package solutions. You can check out our packages and pricing on the Pricing page.

Where can I find the download link?

After a successful payment, we will send you an email. Additionally, the purchased package and download link will be available on the Download page.

Export and Integration Questions

Can I get a custom export?

Yes, you can contact our support team to discuss your requirements. Custom exports are arranged under a separate contract.

Can I work with the data in Excel?

Yes, we recommend using PowerQuery for easy data analysis and visualization in Excel.

What is “Separated data”?

This is a special feature requested by our clients. In addition to the main dataset, you receive extra CSV files segmented by TLD, country, and other criteria.

Can I use this data in my CRM / advertising platforms?

Yes, the data comes in a CSV format that easily integrates with CRMs, advertising platforms, and other tools.

What is the “Ready-to-use format for CRM and Ads custom audiences”?

These are files specially formatted for direct upload into popular CRMs and advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Custom Audiences, etc.).

Data Questions

How do I get access to the full list of domains?

You need to make a purchase on our website. Once the payment is complete, you will receive a download link for the files in your selected package.

Can I preview the data?

Yes, you can view examples to see the file format and the amount of information provided. You can download them on the Pricing page, under each package.

Do you guarantee 100% accuracy of the data?

We make every effort to keep the data current and accurate. However, due to the changing nature of information, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy.

What file formats are available

All files are provided in CSV format. If you need a different format (XML, JSON, SQL), please contact our support team.

How and from where do you obtain the data?

We scan the entire internet using our robot, which complies with widely recognised robots.txt crawling standards. During the scanning process, we simultaneously conduct analysis.

Regarding domain validity, we check domain availability on the internet daily.

Do you provide not only a list of domains, but also a complete list of hosts and URLs?
